Hein Kernkamp

Hein has been working as an attorney since 1989 and specializes in civil law, including transport, finance and employment law. His services are tailored for the international community. He advises and litigates in matters concerning international sales contracts, transport, storage, distribution, employment, agency, shipping and aviation. Employment law forms an important part of his legal practice areas, in particulary in cases with international aspects, like crewing matters and the employment of expats. Hein advises and litigates in labour related matters, often with an international dimension, both on behalf of employers and employees.

Hein is a member of the Dutch Transport Law Association.

Hein Kernkamp has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Transport Law, Commercial Law, Financial Law, Banking Law, Labour and Employment law, Cross Border Labour and Employent law.

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
