Jack Leeman

Jack Leeman started as a lawyer in Rotterdam in 1978. He has ever since worked in litigation and arbitration. In addition to his daily process work, he renders legal advice to his clients, which consist of medium-sized and large companies and high-net-worth individuals. He has served on various advisory bodies and supervisory boards.

His process work is general and diverse. He does this with all judicial authorities, including the Supreme Court; he is a member of the civil cassation counter and the Association of Civil Cassation Attorneys (VCCA).

Jack Leeman has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Civil Procedural Law, Litigation, Supreme Court Litigation and Contract Law.

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
