Marcel van den Ende started as a corporate lawyer at ABN AMRO in 1981. Subsequently he worked for various large companies, including Mercedes Benz. Since 1991 Marcel has run his own law office, focusing on corporate legal services for SMEs. In 2001 he joined LVH Advocaten in Rotterdam as a lawyer - specialized in corporate law. Today he advises small and large companies; companies that are primarily active in the world of logistics, automotive and sustainable energy. In addition to being a lawyer, Marcel fulfills social functions, such as chair at the Keigoed Foundation, and is a member of advisory boards.
Marcel van den Ende has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Corporate law, Agency and distribution, Professional liability, Directors' liability, Mergers and acquisitions, Companies, Associations and foundations.
Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
